We deliver to Germany and Austria with DPD. We ship worldwide with FedEx.

Customs costs

All orders are shipped from Austria. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU .
These may apply outside the EU .

For deliveries such as to Switzerland, customs duties usually only apply for goods with a value of around €150. However, it is important to note that import sales tax must still be paid.

100% of the customs fees go to the customs of the respective receiving country and must be borne by you.

ATTENTION - we ship to customs countries with the shipping company FedEx. FedEx charges a commission for customs clearance of the goods, which must be paid by the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these costs.

When your Sick Series package leaves our headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email from us so that you can track exactly where your package is.

This tracking number must be entered on the DPD website. This allows you to view the shipping status of your order.

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days until your tracking number is finally active.
